Personal Data Protection and General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation at Family Complex Bisser

While pursuing our activity, it is possible to collect personal data at any point of contact or interaction with the guests. In our capacity of personal data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Personal Data Protection Act, and as a professional with long-term experience in the field of tourism, we respect personal integrity of users/ clients and that of the parties to our contractual relations.
We implemented this Personal Data Protection and “Cookies” Use Policy in order to clarify our practices with regard to the personal data we collect from you or for you on this website, through written or oral communication with us, when you visit the hotel or from other sources, or when you have pre-contractual or contractual relations with us. This Policy applies to Family Complex Bisser and its official website.
In order to ensure and improve the services we provide and for the needs of the administration of related resources, we collect, store, use, process and transmit personal data while observing the applicable legal requirements and the legislation related to our activity, which put us under the obligation of personal data controller.
By using any of our products or services, and/or by acknowledging this Policy, for example in the course of making an enquiry or reservation, you agree with the collection and processing of personal data as described in this Policy. Personal Data Protection Policy in Family Complex Bisser

General provisions and definitions
Article 1. Family Complex Bisser comprises Family Hotel Bisser, managed/ represented by Bisser EOOD, G. Obetsanov, UIC 201257099; Guest House Bisser, managed/ represented by VYAGOS OOD, G. Obetsanov, UIC 204816362; Tavern in Family hotel Bisser, managed/ represented by El-tepe ORG OOD, G. Obetsanov, UIC 204838330. Each of these three companies are registered as personal data controllers and have their seat and registered address in the city of Bansko, 16 El-tepe St., tel.: +359888850913; e-mail: info@bisser-bansko.com, official website: www.bisser-bansko.com. For the purposes of avoiding the mentioning of these three companies – personal data controllers every time, in this Policy we will refer them as to Family Complex Bisser as personal data controller operating through the legal entities (managing the different units comprised therein) registered as personal data controllers.

With regard to the provision of its services and pursuing its activities, Family Complex Bisser (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel” or “the Controller”) processes, through the companies registered as personal data controllers and managing the different units contained therein, the personal data of its users/ clients – natural persons, as well as the personal data of other natural persons as set out herein below (“Data subjects”/ “You”), in accordance with the rules and principles defined in this Policy.
This Personal Data Protection Policy of Family Complex Bisser is based on the requirements and principles for personal data protection adopted with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ĹÎ (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or General Data Protection Regulation).
Article 2. Within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and this Policy the terms used in this document have the following meaning:
(ŕ) Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
(b) Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
(c) Filing system means any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralised, decentralised or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis.
(d) Controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by the European Union law or the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by European Union law or the law of the Republic of Bulgaria;
(e) Data subject is an identified or identifiable natural person based on specific information directly or indirectly being personal data;
(f) Legitimate interest of Family Complex or of third party exists when they override the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
Article 3. Family Complex Bisser recognizes natural persons’ integrity and makes efforts to provide protection against unauthorized processing of personal data of natural persons.
In accordance with the applicable legislation, Family Complex Bisser applies the respective technical and organizational measures for protection of the natural persons’ personal data.
Article 4. This Personal Data Protection Policy of Family Complex Bisser is aimed to inform natural persons about the purposes and grounds for personal data processing, the rights of the data subjects, the categories of recipients such data may be disclosed to, the compulsory or voluntary nature of data provision, information about the right of access and right to rectification of collected data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.

II. Personal data processing
Article 5. As personal data controller, Family Complex Bisser processes personal data in a way that ensures appropriate level of security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures, while observing the following principles:
(ŕ) lawful, fair and transparent processing in relation to the data subject (lawfulness, fairness and transparency)
(b) data are collected for specified and legitimate purposes and are not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes (“appropriate processing of personal data and purpose limitation)
(c) proportionality and limitation of personal data processing in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (data minimisation);
(d) accurate and updated processing of personal data.
(e) storing data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which personal data are processed (storage limitation)
(f) Processing in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures (integrity and confidentiality)
Article 6. The purposes for which your data are processed are those for which we have contractual relation, statutory obligation, legitimate interest or we have received your consent for. Family Complex Bisser processes personal data if and to the extent at least one of the following conditions applies:
(ŕ) the processing is necessary for the performance of agreement with one of the companies representing Family Complex Bisser the data subject is a party to or for undertaking steps with regard to the data subject’s request before the entry into the agreement.
With view of the performance of any agreement or in the context of pre-contractual relations, we process your identification data in order to provide the products and services you have requested and use at our place, and with view of the fulfilment of our contractual and pre-contractual obligations with regard to our activity and to benefit from the rights under the agreements we have entered into with you.
For example, data are processed for the following purpose: identification of the client’s identity via all commercial channels; notification of anything related with the products and services you use at our place, sending different messages in order to reply to your enquiries, reservations, complaints, recommendations, etc.
Family Complex Bisser collects information from the job applicants, including personal data – name, residence, age, education and working experience details. Such data are collected for the purposes of staff recruitment. The hotel would process the data for the purposes of verifying criminal records if expressly provided for in any legal regulation relevant to the job the person applies for. 
Once being employed, Family Complex Bisser will process the personal data of the employee for the purposes of human resources management and administration within the organization – the level of performance, payrolls, tax and social security purposes and for purposes arising from the legal and statutory obligations of Family Complex Bisser.
(b) processing is necessary for the fulfilment of statutory or regulatory obligation that applies to the work of Family Complex Bisser in its capacity of personal data controller.
For the purposes of fulfilling statutory or regulatory obligations, we process your identification data, other personal data in order to fulfil our obligations as set out in a legal regulation:
Obligations for provision of information to the security authorities, migration agency, regional police departments, a system under the Tourism Act.
Fulfilment of obligations with regard to remote sales, sales outside the point of sale as set out in the Consumer Protection Act;
Provision of information to the Consumer Protection Commission or third parties as set out in the Consumer Protection Act;
Provision of information to the Personal Data Protection Commission with regard to the obligations set out in the personal data protection regulations – Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), etc.;
Obligations set out in the Accounting Act and the Tax Insurance Procedure Code, and other legal regulations relevant to the appropriate and lawful bookkeeping;
Data that are collected for the purposes of registration at the Hotel are collected on the grounds of article 116, paragraph 2 of the Tourism Act and are necessary for keeping a register of accommodated tourists. Data re stored for the period as required by the legal regulations and applicable laws. 
(c) The data subject has given consent for processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. In case personal data are processed only on the grounds of given consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of the consent by the data subject does not apply in case data processing is based on paragraphs “a” and “c” herein below.
Family Complex Bisser processes personal data independently. The employees of the Hotel are also processors on behalf of Family Complex Bisser and their rights and obligations are duly provided in the internal regulations of Family Complex Bisser.
The purposes for processing of personal data on the grounds of consent given by the data subjects comprise: 
 
Sending marketing and advertising messages for services, special offers, packages, events and other similar. 
 
Marketing purposes with view of improving the services we provide you, researches and receiving feedback about the quality of services; Sending newsletters; 
 
Other purposes for which the data subject has given specific consent. 

Please, have in mind that when you send an enquiry to the Hotel (about prices, reservation, clarification of a reservation you have already made, for organizing an event and/or other questions with regard to the services provided by the Hotel), you give your consent to the Hotel to store and process the personal data you have provided for the purposes of the enquiry you have made.
(d) Based on our legitimate interest:
For the purposes of securing and protecting the property of the complex and its guests, employees and visitors, we have video surveillance on the territory of the exterior public locations (El-tepe St.) and we use other security measures, such as physical guard. All video surveillance areas are designated with a sign as required by the law.

The purposes of processing of personal data with regard to the legitimate interests of the Hotel or of third parties may comprise: 
 1. Exercising and protection of the statutory rights and interests of the Hotel and assistance when exercising and protecting the statutory rights and interests of clients; other persons relevant to the Hotel; employees of the Hotel and of the business partners of the Hotel;
 2. Ensuring the normal functioning and use of the website: 
°website support and administration; 
°finding and solving technical issues with regard to the website functionalities;
°undertaking measures against willful actions aimed at the security and normal functioning of the website. 
 3. Pursuing hotel and restaurant management activities and ensuring high quality hotel and restaurant services:  
°administration and management of the services provided by the Hotel; 
°management and control of the quality of provided services; 
°receiving feedback about provided services. 
Article 7. As controller, Family Complex Bisser does not process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religion or beliefs, trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purposes of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation, unless the data subject has given their explicit consent for the processing of these personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Article 8. Other sources of personal data:
(1) In some cases personal data processed by Family Complex Bisser are not collected or received directly from the data subject they concern, but from third parties such as:
1. Persons who represent, work for or otherwise collaborate with the data subject;
2. Promoters of event – with regard to the information for the participants in the event; 
3. Business partners (for example, reservation websites, such as booking.com; tourist agents and tour operators, other persons who provide intermediation services with regard to making reservations or booking other services and other similar) of Family Complex Bisser;  
4. Competent governmental and judicial authorities.
(2) The persons under paragraph 1, item 1-3 undertake to inform the data subjects whose data they provide to Family Complex Bisser about the fact of providing such data, to make them familiar with this Policy and to ensure that they provide the data on the grounds of valid legal grounds.

Furthermore, we may collect information about you from our partners with regard to payment cards, etc., from your services for the social media in accordance with your settings for such services, and from other sources who are third parties and have the legal right to share your data with us. We use and share this information (and may add such information to the other information we have about you) for the purposes described in this Policy. 

III. Purpose of personal data processing
Article 9. As a unit operating in the area of tourism, Family Complex Bisser processes personal data for the purposes of providing tourist services (for example, accommodation in its own hotel; ensuring meals in its own restaurant, ensuring sports and recreational services in the hotel complex), their payment, rent-related services, as well as other services/ activities with regard to the persons whose data are processed data subjects or for the purposes of considering the possibility to provide such services to the data subjects. The provision of personal data by the natural persons is compulsory. In case of refusal to provide personal data, Family Complex Bisser will not provide the required tourist services or will not make the respective business transaction/ fulfil the contractual obligation, furthermore, if the processing of personal data is to the greatest extent needed for the purposes of fulfilment of statutory and regulatory obligations of Family Complex Bisser.
Article 10. Personal data provided by the persons to the Family Complex Bisser upon making a request for provision of tourist services and/or fulfilment of other business transactions/ contractual relations concerning all aspects of our activity, are processed for the purposes of analyzing whether these services may be provided to the persons during the respective period, for the purposes of protecting their health, as well as for the purposes of reliable identification of the parties to the business transactions/ contractual relations and for the purposes of fulfilment of our statutory or regulatory obligations.
Article 11. Most often personal data are processed in pursuance of the statutory obligations of Family Complex Bisser resulting from statutory requirements setting out hotel and related business activity, finance and accounting activities, for the purposes of automatic exchange of financial information within the meaning of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code, pension, health and social security activity, human resources management activity, etc.
Article 12. Except in case of personal data controller’s statutory obligation needs to be fulfilled, personal data processing is also allowed when there is a need to fulfil obligations under a contract with Family Complex Bisser the natural person such data concern is a party to, as well as for the purposes of actions preceding the entry into an agreement with the persons managing Family Complex Bisser.
Article 13. Personal data of data subjects are stored within the legal time periods in accordance with the requirements of the applicable special laws and legal regulations.
Article 14. Processing of personal data of a child is legal if the child is at least 16 years old. Family Complex Bisser collects and processes their personal data only if they are provided by an adult companion of the child for the purposes of hotel accommodation and meals whose consumer the child is.

IV. Rights of data subjects (natural persons the data concern)
Article 15. Right of information: With regard to the processing of personal data of the data subject by Family Complex Bisser, the natural person who is the data subject has the right to information* about Family Complex Bisser as personal data controller, as well as about the processing of their personal data. Such information comprises: data identifying Family Complex Bisser and its contact details; the purposes and legal grounds for processing; Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, if any; The intention of the controller to transmit the personal data to a third party/ third country (if applicable); The time period for storage of personal data; The existence of automated decision making, including profiling (if any); Information about all rights the data subject has; The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  • There is no need to provide such information if the data subject already has it.
Article 16. Right of access to their own personal data – the data subject has the right to receive from Family Complex Bisser a confirmation whether personal data concerning them are being processed, and if yes, to obtain access to the data and the following information: Purpose of processing; The respective categories of personal data; Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, if any; The intention of the controller to transmit the personal data to a third country (if applicable); The time period for storage of personal data; The availability of right of rectification of personal data, as well as the right of objection to the processing of personal data; The existence of automated decision making, including profiling (if any); Information about all rights the data subject has; The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Article 17. Right of rectification of personal data (if data are incorrect) – the data subject has the right to ask Family Complex Bisser to rectify, without undue delay, any incorrect personal data concerning them.
Article 18. Right of erasure (right “to be forgotten”) – The data subject may ask Family Complex Bisser to erase data if any of the following conditions are met:
°The personal data re no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
°The data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based and where there is no longer legal ground for the processing /processing by virtue of statutory requirement of Family Complex Bisser, concluded agreement with the companies managing Family Complex Bisser/.
°The data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds;
°The personal data have been unlawfully processed;
°The personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in the European Union law or the law of the Republic of Bulgaria to which Family Complex Bisser is subject as a controller;
°The personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services to children and the consent has been given by the person accompanying the child.
Article 19. Right to restriction of processing by Family Complex Bisser – this right may be exercised where one of the following specific conditions apply, and namely:
°The accuracy/ update of the personal data is contested by the data subject. In this particular case the restriction of processing is for a period enabling Family Complex Bisser to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
°The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
°Family Complex Bisser no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
°The data subject has objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of Family Complex Bisser override those of the data subject.
Article 20. Right to data portability between different controllers – the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to Family Complex Bisser, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from Family Complex Bisser to which personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent or on contract and the processing is carried out by automated means. In exercising their right to data portability, the data subject shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from Family Complex Bisser to another controller, where technically feasible.
Article 21. Right to object to the processing of their personal data – the data subjects shall have the right to object to the processing of their personal data before the persons managing Family Complex Bisser where the latter shall no longer process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. In case of objection to processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, Family Complex Bisser shall terminate the processing immediately.
Article 22. The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them;
Article 23. Right to defence under legal or administrative procedure in case the data subject’s rights have been violated – if the data subject shall decide that their right to personal data protection and integrity has been violated, they may lodge a complaint with the respective supervisory authority – Personal Data Protection Commission, or to claim protection of their personal data in court.

V. Disclosure of personal data
Article 24. Family Complex Bisser may disclose personal data to the following categories of persons
(ŕ) Persons the data concern, and namely: persons using tourist services or products or filing a request for use of tourist services, including the persons who are parties to tourist and/or other business transactions or contractual relations with the companies that manage Family Complex Bisser;
(b) Entities that have the right of access to personal data by virtue of law or other legal regulations, for example, the Ministry of Tourism, municipalities, the Ministry of Interior, National Revenue Agency, the National Institute of Statistics, etc.
(c) Persons whose right exist by virtue of contract entered into with the companies that manage Family Complex Bisser.
(d) or in case:
1. this is necessary for the performance of statutory or regulatory obligation of Family Complex Bisser, competent state, municipal or judicial authorities, auditors
2. this is necessary for the provision of services of Family Complex Bisser:
°banks and payment service providers;
°mailing and courier service providers; 
°business partners of Family Complex Bisser, such as: booking websites; tourist agencies and other tourist or auxiliary service providers, such as rent-a-car, taxi and other transport services, etc.
We also share information with companies that help us to manage our site.

VI. Terms and conditions for exercising the rights
Article 25. (1) When exercising their right of access, natural persons have the right at any time to request the persons who manage Family Complex Bisser:
1. To verify whether the data concerning them are processed by the persons who manage Family Complex Bisser, what are the purposes of processing, the categories of data and the recipients of such data, or the categories of recipients such data are disclosed to;
2. The persons who manage Family Complex Bisser should send them a notice in easy to understand form containing their personal data that are being processed, as well as any information available for the source of such data;
3. Information about the logic involved in any automatic data processing (if any) concerning the natural persons, at least in the cases of automatic decisions under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act;
(2) Upon request, the persons who manage Family Complex Bisser provide the information under paragraph 1 free of charge.
(3) Natural persons have the right at any time to request Family Complex Bisser:
1. To erase, rectify or block their personal data the processing of which does not comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation
2. Family Complex Bisser to notify the third parties natural persons’ personal data have been disclosed to about any erasure, rectification or blocking as per item 1, unless this is impossible or requires excessive efforts of Family Complex Bisser.
Article 26.(1) Natural persons exercise their rights by filing a written request to Family Complex Bisser that contain the following information as a minimum:
1. Name, PIN (Personal Identification Number), address and other data for identification of the respective natural person;
2. Description of the request;
3. Preferred form for provision of information /orally or in writing – on hardcopy or electronically/;
4. Signature, date, mailing address and telephone.
(2) Requests are filed free of charge.
(3) Upon filing a request by an authorised person, an express notarised power of attorney should be enclosed to the request.
(4) In case of death of the natural person, their rights are exercised by their heirs and a certificate of heirs should be enclosed to the request.
Article 27. The request is subject to review and Family Complex Bisser makes a decision within 14 days, and where a longer time is necessary with view of data and information collection, the request is being reviewed and the persons who manage Family Complex Bisser make their decision within 1 month of the receipt of the request. If needed, such time period may be extended with another two months. Family Complex Bisser notifies the data subject about any such extension within 1 month of the receipt of the request by stating the reasons for the delay. When the data subject files a request by electronic means, if possible, the information should be provided by electronic means, unless the data subject has requested otherwise.
Article 28. Family Complex Bisser sends an answer to the applicant whereas taking into account the preferred form for provision of information /orally or in writing – on hardcopy or electronically/ as requested by the applicant.
Article 29. If data do not exist or the provision thereof is prohibited by law, the applicant is not allowed to access them.
Article 30. In case the applicant is not satisfied with the received answer and/or believes that their rights related to the personal data protection have been violated, the applicant has the right to exercise their right of defence.

VIII. Amendments to the Personal Data Protection Policy in Family Complex Bisser
In case of amendments of these personal data protection rules, the Hotel communicates the amended Policy to you by publishing the amendments on our website and giving you reasonable time period to become familiar with it. After the expiration of such time period, the Policy starts being applied to the processing of your personal data, without any additional notice. If you declare that you reject the amendments within the time period specified above, we will consider that you have withdrawn your consent for the processing of your personal data (if such consent has been given) and the Hotel will terminate their processing in future.

“COOKIES” USE POLICY

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to improve the consumer’s experience, to analyse the traffic to the website and to optimise and personalize our advertisements in Facebook.
When you visit our website www.bisser-bansko.com, Family Complex Bisser uses different service providers that may use “cookies”, tags, pixels and similar tracing technology, and other small text files jointly referred to as “cookies” on your device or browser that you use, in order to personalize your experience and choices (for example, language preferences, filling in enquiry form …), for the purposes of understanding the manner of use and ensuring safe use of the Hotel’s website.

General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation at Family Complex Bisser:

​RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
The indicated prices are valid for reservations through the hotel’s website. The service you have chosen comprises the price of the respective room for a number of nights, means as per the offer, including the free of charge services – sauna, wi-fi on the territory of the entire hotel, tourist tax and VAT if applicable. If the guest uses additional paid services during their stay, such services should be charged and paid at the hotel as per the applicable pricelist.
Please note that the pictures of the rooms and areas are indicative and do not refer to the specific reservation. The guest will be accommodated in accordance with the room specified in the reservation, depending on the capacity and available unoccupied rooms.
Payment and cancellation conditions depend on the period of your reservation. In case of special reservation, cancellation and payment conditions, you will be notified to this effect in writing after receiving your enquiry.
All indicated prices are valid for the period of making a reservation and are based on the initially requested dates and duration of the stay. The hotel reserves its right to update the prices of night stay, provided the guest requests a change in the dates of their stay or in the number of nights, whenever the reservation policy allows this.
In case the guest wants to continue their stay, they need to obtain a confirmation from the reception desk, whereas the additional nights will be charged at the then applicable prices and conditions.
In case the guest wants to include additional guest or guests in the reservation, they need to obtain a confirmation from the reception desk, whereas the nights of the additional guest/s will be charged at the then applicable prices and conditions.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Video surveillance system is installed and operates at the street in front of the hotel.
By using the hotel services, you agree with the video surveillance.
The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules and do not observe the hotel policy.


RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND STAY AT THE HOTEL
Upon their arrival at the hotel, the guest is obliged to present personal identity document for check-in.
Upon leaving the hotel or at check-out, the room key should be left at the reception desk.
Guests are liable for all damages and shortages in the rooms they are accommodated in. Upon finding any damage, it should be charged.
Belongings forgotten by the guests are being stored no longer than 6 months, whereas courier expenses for their return shall be borne by the owners.

Check-in/ Check-out:
Guests may be checked-in after 14:00 h, and need to check-out not later than 12:00h. In case of early check-in or late check-out, you need to contact the reception desk to verify such option. Early check-in or late check-out depend on the occupancy rate of the hotel and are charged in addition.
Meals:
Winter season – 01.12 -31.03
Served breakfast and dinner:
– breakfast: from 8:00 to 9:30
– dinner: from 19:00 to 21:30
Summer season – 01.04.2018-30.11.2018
– breakfast: from 8:00 to 9:30
The guest will be further informed about the meals time upon check-in. 
Room cleaning:
Rooms are cleaned on daily basis from 08:30 to 16:30.
If you have placed the “Do not disturb” sign or you want your room to be cleaned after 16:30, please, contact the reception desk of the hotel.
Valuables:
Contact the reception desk officer with regard to the storage of valuables.
The guest is responsible for any belongings left in the room or on the territory of the hotel.
Parking areas:
Specific number of cars may be parked on the street in front of the Hotel. There is a public parking area in the vicinity of the Hotel.
No parking lots can be booked.
The hotel may not be held liable for any damages caused to a car on the territory of the street parking area.

Ski closet:
The hotel provides ski closet for storage of own skiing equipment free of charge.
It is not allowed to store skiing equipment in the rooms and to pass with skiing shoes through the common areas of the hotel.
Accommodation with pets:
Accommodation with pets is not allowed without the prior consent of the Hotel.

FOR THE PURPOSES OF ENSURING ORDER AND SAFETY AT THE HOTEL AND PURSUANCE OF THE LEGAL REGULATIONS, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO:
Smoke in the rooms and all indoor areas of Family Complex Bisser. Upon finding a violation, an additional charge of BGN 100 will be added to the room rate. In case of fine imposed to the Hotel by officials, the amount of the fine will be paid by the client who is in violation.
Give the room key to external persons.
Store materials and/or objects in the room, which pose risk to the health and life of others.
Take out and remove furniture from the rooms.
Violate the generally accepted code of conduct, to demonstrate aggressive behaviour and/or actions putting the health and property of others at risk.
Cause damages to the hotel property.
Park cars at the entrance of the Hotel as well as in a way that impedes the traffic along El-tepe St. Upon finding violation by the officials, the guest in violation is responsible for payment of the sanction.
